If school is delayed or closed in Danbury, all 6:00 am classes will be cancelled.
Mid-morning and evening classes will be evaluated and posted on Facebook if they will be cancelled.





CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BODY FLOW: The Yoga, Tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

BODY PUMP: Challenge yourself with the original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body. You can burn up to 650 calories.

BOOT CAMP: Try this intense cardio and weight circuit training to help you gain strength and burn calories.

CX WORX: An intense 30 minutes core workout that gets you results where it counts the most!

KICKBOXING: High energy class that incorporates kicking, punching, elbows and knees to release tension and burn calories.

PILATES: Strengthen and lengthen your core muscles through controlled movement and breath. It will improve your balance, flexibility and body awareness as well as focusing on your breathing.

PILATES FLOW: Pilates with a mix of Yoga and Tai Chi. It will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

RPM: Les Mills program where you indoor cycle to the rhythm of powerful music to a calorie burning endorphin high.

SPIN: Get into the fat burn zone in a fun class with this 45 minute high intensity cardio workout. The music will motivate you and the time will fly by while you relieve your stress.

SWEAT: High energy strength training. Run, jump, push and pull your way through this intense agility and endurance class.

TABATA: High intensity interval training method that offers more health than traditional cardiovascular exercise. It’s short and efficient. The total class takes 40 minutes.

YOGA: Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that flow from one to another. The class will end leaving you refreshed and centered.

ZUMBA: Hypnotic Latin rhythms fused with easy-to-follow moves create a calorie burning body energizing hour of fun and fitness.

ZUMBA TONE: Learn how to use light weights to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones including arms, abs, and thighs. It’s the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast!
